  • Serve as Policy Advisor, Strategist and one of two primary Spokespersons for coalition of civic, business and labor organizations and businesses throughout New York City that successfully opposed imposition of congestion pricing tolls.   • Campaign Advisor. As Senior Advisor, guide and devise strategies and coordinate campaign logistics, organize Primary Day and Election Day in Congressional re-election campaign. (2010-present) (Member of Congress Gary Ackerman).

  • Overall Campaign Management. Developed, coordinated and implemented press and field outreach strategy for former City Council Finance Chair running successfully for State Assembly in February 2010 Special Election (of four Special Elections for Assembly, this was only one the Democrats won). Revised website content, drafted news releases, organized news conferences and coordinated social media, prepared candidate for debates and key meetings, provided fundraising advice. After special election assisted on transition and advise on policy. Guide overall political strategy and all aspects of re-election campaign. (2009-present) (NYS Assembly Member David Weprin).

  • Drafted Business Plans for local and national expansion, Developed Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Education Programs currently at Queensborough Community College, LaGuardia Community College and co-sponsored in Brooklyn by the Office of the Kings County District Attorney, Advise on Business Development and Outreach.   • Developed, coordinated and implemented media and field outreach strategy for City Council candidate on short notice that raised profile and made candidate a serious contender (finishing 3rd in a field of 7.   • Developed media and outreach strategy to give credibility to supporters of a Spiritual leader in a factional dispute over control of a Religious movement involving millions of dollars in property; this included comprehensive outreach plan to major journalists, opinion elites, electeds, and major communal and community leaders. Developed materials that corrected mis-perceptions and untruths concerning allegations advanced by other side, often previously left unchallenged or insufficiently challenged.   • Developed policy proposals, including Residential Property tax reform, economic development (small business), budget reform, affordable housing; provided legal, budget and policy counsel to policy staff; organized and coordinated field operations and major events (often 2-3 per day) in borough of Queens for candidate for mayor of New York City.
